Sexy Bun
How-to: Can a bun be sexy? When it's left a little undone, the answer is yes. Start by applying a mousse through damp hair and blowdry with a round brush for soft volume. Pile your hair up into a high ponytail, then wrap the tail around the base loosely. Finish by pulling out a few pieces to frame your face, or letting this happen naturally as you move through the night.

Summer Long Lasting Blush
Long Lasting Blush
How-to: Cream blushes have a lovely way of just lightly kissing the skin with color. But most lack staying power, especially in the summer heat. A few things can be done to prolong their bloom: first, apply a primer. This will form a very thin layer between your skin and the blush so it doesn't absorb away into nothing. Second, dust a powder blush over your cream blush to seal it—one with a peachy or gold undertone will cast a summery bronze over your base blush while also helping to wick away sweat on the steamiest of days.

Summer Topknot
Summer Topknot
How-to: A topknot is a chic beat-the-heat idea. It works well on wet or dry hair, as long as you control the flyaways. Pull up your hair into a tight, high bun at the crown, brushing hair with a boar-bristle brush that won't cause breakage. Mist a frizz-taming spray around the front section, and for extra protection, spritz a little on your comb and just pat down those tiny strays at the hairline.

Fall 2013 Wine Red Lips
Fall 2013
Wine Red Lips
Runway
WINE RED LIPS: Red lips go dark and romantic this season with black cherry, mulberry, plum and wine shades. Try M.A.C. Prince Noir Lipstick, Stila Long Wear Lip Color in Daring or Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor in Deepest Cherry. If you have thin lips, dark shades and matte textures can make them appear smaller, so if you want to rock the deep red lips this season, go for a softer look by using a dark-coloured stain, gloss or tinted lip balm like Clinique’s Almost Lipstick in Black Honey, Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Adore or Stila Lip Glaze in Black Cherry. Whichever style you choose, just make sure to add some warming blush or bronzer to avoid looking like a creepy vampire or goth chick!
Fall 2013 Bright Mate Lips
Fall 2013
Bright Mate Lips
Runway
BRIGHT, MATTE LIPS: Brightly-colored lipstick often looks juvenile, cheesy or tart-ish, but pops of matte color with minimal eye make-up looks very chic and very grown-up! To get this look go for a matte shade like M.A.C. Lipstick in Vegas Volt layered up over a base of clear balm and blotted to achieve maximum coverage and staying power. Keep your skin looking fresh and dewy so you don’t look dry or dull.

How-To Perfect Cat Eye
Perfect Cat eye |
- Using a liquid liner, gently drag the pen tip along your upper lashline starting from the top inner corner of your eye toward the outer corner of your eye.Try to line the ink as close to the lashes as possible.
- To
create the cat’s flick, draw a thin diagonal line that strays just beyond the outer corner of the eye at a 45degree angle towards where the eyebrow ends. - Keeping the eye you’re drawing on closed, put your pointer finger on your brow bone and slightly pull your lid upward so your skin is taut. With your other hand, draw a straight line starting from the top of the wing and ending at the middle of your lid.
- Fill inside the lines of your stenciled wing.
- Finish by coating your to and bottom lashes with mascara.

Oh, The Glow!
Glow on the Go |
How To Steps:
- Apply your Foundation. The trick to achieving even, natural coverage is to
apply the formula with a brush and then go over it with a damp makeup sponge to take off any excess makeup so it looks a lot softer and smooth. - Apply three small dots of Illuminating Bronzer Cream right on the top of the cheekbone. Tap the liquid gently into the skin to fully blend.
- Apply a bronzing powder with a large, fluffy brush making sure to tap off any excess product. Starting with the cheekbones, apply the bronzer using a large circular motion. Follow to the hairline and finally, the jawbone.
- Using a smaller brush, apply a lighter-colored blush to the apples of the cheeks in a circular motion. As a guide, light peach looks good on
all skin tones. - Make your eye brows look fuller and thick, for catchy eyes.
- To finish the look line your eyes with a brown eye pencil. *Hint: smudge the eyeliner for a natural look.
- Apply mascara. *Hint: do not make thick lashes, it won't look natural but dramatic.
- Lastly apply your favorite tinted lip balm, or nude lip gloss/lipstick for a natural look and glow.

Bun Beauty Bow
Pink Bow Bun |
- Find a bow that is perfect for you. If you have thin hair use a smaller bow, otherwise the bow will look bigger than the bun.
- Try this look after a day you have washed your hair, the messy the hair the better. If you have just washed your hair tease before putting your hair into a ponytail.
- Make your hair into a Ponytail, and tease the ponytail.
- Wrap the teased hair around, and secure with bobby pins.
- For a finishing touch add your bow. *Hint: you can also wear the bow in the front or side of the bun.
